Banana tart with yogurt cream

You will need
  • Ingredients for the dough:
  • - 1 cup of corn flour;
  • - 100 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar;
  • - 1 pinch of salt.
  • Ingredients for cream:
  • - 2 bananas;
  • - 400 ml of yogurt;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • - 1 tsp of cornmeal.
Mix cottage cheese with sugar, salt and add butter. Pour the cornmeal, knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Now put the dough on cling film, cover with a piece of film, roll out, put in the fridge for another 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 150 degrees - no more is required to prepare the tartare.
Banana cut into two parts, cut each across. Fry the banana slices with sugar and butter, then put them on a plate, let them cool.
