For 2 servings:200 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. l sugar, 4 tbsp. l flour, 200 g of strawberries, 20 g of butter, salt.

Put the pot with a liter of water on the fire. While the water boils, rub the cottage cheese with an egg, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add 3 tbsp. l flour and knead well. Pour the remaining flour into a plate. We scoop soft dough with a teaspoon and roll it down in flour. Water by this time should already boil. Salt the water and drop dumplings into it one at a time.
