Diet Chocolate Cake

You will need
  • - dark chocolate (1 tile);
  • - 125 ml of milk;
  • - 6 tbsp. cocoa powder;

  • - 250 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • - 1 tbsp. gelatin;

Cooking dessert, start with the creation of jelly. In a heat-resistant cup, pour 5 tbsp. orange juice and dissolve in it gelatin. Leave to dissolve for a couple of minutes. After that, place in the microwave for 1 minute (at a power of about 750 W). Wait for the mixture to cool and add the remaining juice. Pour everything into a baking dish, put it in the fridge (about 2.5 hours). When the jelly is completely frozen, transfer it to the dish. Wash form.
Combine proteins with sugar and whisk them with a mixer. Gradually add cocoa and baking powder to the resulting froth. Sprinkle with a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar (cane). Put the prepared foam in it.Heat the oven to 150 ° C and place the mold for at least 25 minutes.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place on the steam bath. Add milk as you melt. Carefully follow the dissolution so that the chocolate does not burn and does not start rolling.
Cut cooled baked proteins horizontally into two halves. On the bottom, gently place the jelly, cover the top with the second and pour the prepared chocolate. Place the resulting cake in the fridge for a few hours. The dessert should be completely frozen.
