In general, a small amount of old car batteries has gathered. Who knows where in Moscow they can be scrapped? And is it possible to earn something on this?

First of all, in no case should they be thrown onto the trash, I hope this does not need to be explained to anyone. Secondly, you can break them down and take out the lead, it will be more profitable, or you can just hand over for disposal as scrap of lead. In Moscow, this can be done, for example, here. Judge for yourself.

Just remember, if you get lead from your batteries, then you need to figure out where to drain the electrolyte in which this lead is located. Because the electrolyte must be disposed of in a special way.

Yes, it is better not to fool your head and hand over the batteries for recycling entirely, like scrap of lead. Because the work on the extraction of lead from the electrolyte requires a license, as it is working with hazardous waste.
