Garlic and cheese rolls

Garlic and cheese rollsis a recipe.


  1. hard cheese 250 gr;
  2. 300 gr ham;
  3. 3 eggs;
  4. garlic 3 cloves;
  5. mayonnaise to taste;
  6. greens to taste;
  7. green onions to taste.


Boil eggs until ready, separate the whites from the yolks. Protein grate on a coarse grater, and the yolks separately for small. Cut ham into thin slices, grate cheese on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese with herbs, proteins and garlic, add mayonnaise to taste and mix well.

On the ham slices lay out one tablespoon of filling, sprinkle with grated yolks, wrap in rolls tying them with green onions.
