How to cook chicken hearts salad

You will need
  • - 0.5 kg of chicken hearts;
  • - 0.5 kg of fresh carrots;
  • - half a can of green peas;
  • - 2 small bulbs;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - Salt and mayonnaise to taste.
Rinse carrots, peel gently from the skin, you can use a peeler. Peeled carrots cut into small pieces or grate into a large grater. Peel the onions, cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, pour chopped onion, fry it to a transparent state. After pouring the carrots, mix, salt and pepper and fry. Do not forget to stir while cooking.
Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, salt and pour the chicken hearts. Cook them until cooked. After that, gently drain the water and allow the hearts to cool slightly. Then clean everything from the tubes, cut into small strips.
On a plate, pour the carrots and onion roast, mix well. Pour out the peas, drain the juice beforehand. Next put the chicken hearts. Salt to taste. Season salad with mayonnaise, mix.
Chicken hearts salad is ready. You can serve the dish both independently and with a side dish.
