  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • spoonful of molasses and cane sugar;
  • spices (cumin, coriander, salt, pepper).

Experts recommend using a cast iron skillet to prepare the dressing. Heat it to the maximum and pour it with vegetable oil. Put there chopped onions and fry until transparent.

Add spices, sugar and molasses to the onions and do not remove from the heat for five minutes, stirring constantly.Cut the tomatoes into small pieces (large ones are unacceptable) and throw them into the pan. Fill the entire contents of the pot with apple cider vinegar.
