How to use the essential oils in the daily beauty care
When it comes to oils, especially essential oils, people, as a rule, have a very clear position: either they are madly in love with them and use them all the time, or they avoid them for fear of a negative effect or a bad reaction. We know that the trial and error method in skin care is not always appropriate, so we did the homework for you and compiled a guide on what essential oils you need.
What is essential oil?
Essential oil is a volatile mixture of fragrant substances, it is produced from dried raw materials of flowers, shrubs, leaves, trees, roots and seeds. It is a non-greasy liquid, made up of tiny molecules that can easily penetrate the cells of your body and help solve skin problems. Concentrated liquid can be used to cleanse the face, commit, tone and restore.
It sounds, of course, simple, however, before adding essential oil to your daily skin care, dermatologists insist that you do a patch test (application skin tests can be found in the pharmacy). With the help of the test you can find out if you have an allergic reaction to a certain essential oil. In addition, some oils can cause a chemical burn if sun rays hit it, so experts advise flushing the oil before going outside. Better yet, mix the oil with an emulsifier; your regular cream or serum will do just fine.
Choose essential oil

If you need to moisturize the skin
Dry skin, perhaps, will be glad to any oil, because almost all of them have moisturizing properties. However, some in this matter are much more efficient and quickly restore dehydrated skin.
