When applying for a job from 2 to 6 months, the trial period should not exceed 2 weeks, for a longer period - up to 3 months. When applying for a management position, the probationary period may be extended to 6 months. Often, for the period of probation, an employee is paid a lower salary than the rest of employees in similar positions. It is illegal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with this job, you can quit your probationary period of your own free will, notifying your employer no later than 3 days. The employer does not have the right to prevent your dismissal.
