During pregnancy, future moms limited themselves to fluid intake. Starting to breastfeed, its amount should increase to one and a half liters per day. What to drink? Those women who love tea, can easily afford this drink. But you need to remember some rules:

- The best option for nursing mothers is green tea. One of its properties include lactogenicity. In other words, it enhances the formation of milk. In addition, it is the most useful among all types of tea, because it contains a lot of antioxidants. It is invigorating, but in moderation, it protects and strengthens the heart muscle, contains many vitamins and other useful substances. White tea also works around the same, but it is less common.
