Lamb Stew with Green Peas

You will need
  • - 200 g smoked bacon;
  • - 800 g lamb fillet;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 4 things. carrots;
  • - 2 bay leaves;
  • - 1 sprig of thyme;
  • - 2 sprigs of dill;
  • - 800 ml of beef broth;
  • - 300 g canned green peas;
  • - salt.
Instruction
Heat the oven to 150 degrees. Rinse the meat, cut into small cubes. Finely chop the bacon and fry in a skillet for about 3 minutes, until the fat is melted.
Add meat to bacon and fry for 10 minutes until crusting. Put out of the saucepan.
Peel the onions and finely chop. Peel the carrots and cut into large pieces. Then fry on meat-based fat for about 10 minutes. Add bay leaf, chopped greens and meat.
Pour the broth, bring to a boil and salt.
