Shishka Salad

Salad Coneis a recipe.


  1. cream cheese 300 g;
  2. ham 200 gr;
  3. pine nuts 50 gr;
  4. dill 20 gr;
  5. mayonnaise 50 g;
  6. almonds for decoration;
  7. salt, garlic to taste;
  8. crackers with bacon flavor.


Cut the ham into very small cubes. Whip cream cheese with a blender with pre-cut dill (sprig of dill for decoration), garlic (you can not add), mayonnaise and salt. Pour the beaten cheese into another bowl and add ham cubes and pine nuts, salt the mixture and mix well with a spoon. Put the salad in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Let the almonds be dried in the oven or in a pan, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes.  

Put the cooled salad on a dish in which it will be served in the shape of a cone and decorate with almond nuts with a sharp end to itself, and a thick end of the cone is decorated with a sprig of dill. When serving, we garnish this salad with bacon-flavored crackers.
